DARE TO DANCE IN PUBLIC FILM FESTIVAL: Round 7 (D2D ) is open and accepting submissions of short dance films (10 minutes & under) for our screenings in Spring of 2025.

D2D seeks films that speak dance as a universal language - transcending perceived borders of culture, religion, gender, race and more, to creatively explore what is possible at the intersections of dance and film, and what it is to be human & alive in the world today.

D2D Round 7 judges include Kyle Abraham, Jasmine Albuquerque, Paul Lightfoot & Rick Tjia.

D2D Festival & Screening takes place at Glorya Kaufman Performing Arts Center (Spring 2025, date TBD) in Los Angeles and accepted films & filmmakers are offered exciting new streaming opportunities. D2D continues to be on the move - last year & this year we will once again travel to Portland with many Official Selections in collaboration with BODYVOX & CINEVOX. New opportunities emerging regularly... Last year, some of our films traveled all the way to screenings at The Kennedy Center!

D2D Award Winning Films in 7 categories receive Cash Prizes.
