The FTS Movement Workshop is a Healing Arts Experience designed for
dance artists seeking to reconnect with ancestral movement practices
through movement medicine. Over two transformative days, participants
will explore foundational (F)rom (T)he (S)oil Movement techniques that
blend ancestral dance and martial arts. Attendees will also have the
chance to earn scholarships for future events, providing vital support
for your ongoing artistic development. Join us to deepen your practice
and open yourself to new pathways in your dance journey.
