The Salem State University Music and Dance Department, in collaboration with the Salem State University Center for Creative and Performing Arts, invites submissions of short HIP HOP dance films for screening at its inaugural Intergenerational Hip Hop Symposium.

We are seeking films that highlight the richness and diversity of hip hop and street dance styles. Submissions can feature (but are not limited to) Memphis Jookin, LA's Krump Dance, New York's Flexing & Bruk Up, West Coast Popping, and Afro-Latin House - all aforementioned and various street dance entries are highly encouraged to submit.
