Pop-Up Fundraiser Performance

Dance New Jersey (DNJ) is thrilled to partner with the Shishya School of Performing Arts for a special shared performance on Sunday, December 15, 2024, from 12pm-3pm. This event will kick off the start of a month long celebration of Indian performing arts traditional to the southern Indian city of Chennai. This opportunity, graciously supported by DNJ Board Member Sukanya Mahadevan and the Shishya School of Performing Arts, invites our members to showcase completed works across a range of dance styles, with the goal of creating an inclusive and equitable performance. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to DNJ, supporting our mission to strengthen connections within New Jersey’s dance community and keep dance thriving across the state.

Performance spots are limited to what can be featured within the 60-minute program. The deadline to apply for this exciting pop-up performance is fast approaching on November 15, 2024—don’t miss out! Submit your work today!
