Emotions Physical Theatre (EPT) is seeking talented and passionate dancers to join our nationally and internationally touring 501(c)(3) nonprofit company for its 13th season.

Who We Are:
EPT creates narrative-based, evening-length works with a focus on contemporary modern and physical theatre styles, emphasizing partnering and floor work. We are committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment where creativity and collaboration thrive.

Who We’re Looking For:

Dancers with strong contemporary modern/ballet training.
Performers who value and contribute to an atmosphere of kindness and professionalism.
Artists comfortable with light speaking roles and embodying characters on stage.
Women of color are highly encouraged to apply, with priority given to Black women.

Rehearsals & Performances:

Rehearsals: Wednesdays (6:30–9:00 PM) and Sundays (12:00–4:00 PM) in NYC. Location TBD based on dancer availability.
Performances: NYC, Upstate New York, and international venues. Transportation provided for performances outside the NYC train system.

Compensation:

$500–$1,000 per show, based on the production and rehearsals involved.
