Schedule:

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Oracle Card-Inspired Yoga Flow with Rainey & Val
Begin the day with a grounding yoga practice inspired by oracle cards, enhanced by live harmonium and sound healing. This session will help you tap into your inner wisdom and create space for self-reflection and connection.

11:15 AM - 12:15 PM
Movement, Somatics & Healing Techniques with Anabelle & Elizabeth
Discover the power of mindful movement and somatic healing through the Horton Technique and practices of self-compassion. This session will help you release tension, foster emotional healing, and deepen your connection to your body.

12:30 PM - 1:45 PM
Zine Making + Vision Boarding with Meredith & KJ
Channel your creative energy through zine making and vision boarding. In this hands-on session, you'll reflect on the year ahead and create visual representations of your dreams, goals, and intentions.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll engage in a variety of practices that nurture your body, mind, and creativity. Whether you’re looking to refresh your creative energy, find a moment of mindfulness, or simply enjoy a supportive space, you’ll have the flexibility to choose how deeply you wish to dive in.
