Part-Time Marketing & Communications Coordinator
20–30 hours/week | $30/hour | Hybrid (NYC-based preferred)

GALLIM is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Marketing and Communications Coordinator to lead and implement strategic marketing efforts in collaboration with our Marketing Consultant, Anna Rice. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a bold, mission-driven dance company as we prepare for a landmark season, including the world premiere of Andrea Miller’s newest work for the company, MOTHER this fall.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to elevate GALLIM’s visibility and reach.

Create and manage marketing content across platforms, including social media, email, and print collateral.

Maintain GALLIM’s brand integrity and position the company as an industry leader.

Collaborate with the Artistic Director, Executive Director, and Programming Director to align marketing with programming goals.

Track and report on marketing performance, industry trends, and audience engagement.

Coordinate photo/video capture at performances and events (or delegate as needed).

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in arts marketing and/or communications preferred.

Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing, and basic design tools.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Enthusiasm for and experience in contemporary dance and the performing arts.

Proven ability to efficiently edit videos and photography

Basic Graphic Design Skiller

Proficiency with Google Drive, Canva, Meta, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Dropbox, Vimeo, Adobe Creative Cloud or other design and video editing applications highly recommended
