The December Edition of The Intimate Series returns with 2 exciting weeks of dance featuring the works of over 17 passionate dance makers. 

Week One's program features Satomi Itohara, Rohan Bhargava, -esque dance collective, Beth Jucovy, Talia Moreta & Belinda Adam, Nico Gonzales, Cherri Nelle Thompson & Evelien Schut, Annielille Kollman, and Caroline Brethenoux. 

December 4th & 5th, 2015. 8 PM with Wine reception and talk back discussions.

If this week had a theme, it would be perspecitves in both light and dark and culture and distance. Our choreographers, all well traveled and with brilliant performance backgrounds, come from as far away as France, Germany, India, Dominican Republic, Japan, The USA, and The Phillipines. The breadth, vision, and experience highlighted in this concert will take you from A to Z and beyond.

A highlight of these showings is that we take the audience feedback and votes and then reward the top vote getters commissions, free rehearsal space, and showings. Every dollar that you spend is redistributed to the performers and dance makers. This is our investment in the future of dance and vibrant artistic voices.

The Program for Week Two features the work of Julia Halpin, Ta'Rajee Omar, Kenya Gibson & Michelle Issac, Yasmin Schönmann, Sarah Kleinke, Bharathi Penneswaran & Jyotsna Kalyansundar, Juan Michael Porter II, and Meredith Cabaniss.

Another diverse group of voices and perspectives, this program takes the theme of movement and beauty and runs with it. Movement is much for than big and space- it is in the articulation of limbs and expression of ideas. The same can be said for beauty. Come experience this wide range of passionate beauty delivered by this ecletic group of phenomenal movers.
