11th Annual REVERBdance Festival

REVERBdance Festival 2016 Choreographers Photography by Robert Gordon of Bryn Cohn

The critically acclaimed 11th Annual REVERBdance Festival presents an eclectic assembly of some of the most creative and exciting dance makers pooled from around the world. Contemporary, high quality dance at its very best, is the focus of this thrilling showcase. This year we are proud to announce the top three artists chosen by audience vote will receive a REVERBdance AWARD and a cash prize of $1200, $800, or $400.

REVERBdance's mission is to provide national and international choreographers and dance artists with an excellent, fully-produced performance opportunity and expose these new, fresh and unique talents to the New York community. The 2016 festival is curated by respected choreographers Kate Griffler and London based producer Zoe Cleland.

This year the international artists are arriving from Japan, London, Korea, Congo,Taiwan and Canada; and our national artists are coming from California, Texas, Missouri, Utah, Pennsylvania and of course New York. The choreographers and dance filmmakers selected to perform in the festival uphold excellence in their unique artistic vision, strong technical prowess, and exquisite sensitivity to music, design, and contemporary subjects.
