An image of a dancer is distorted to appear like she is swirling in something iridescent. Nita Little

Includes 1x 3 hour class (with a 20 min break) per month for 6 months &
2x private sessions with Nita

ONLINE Class times: Third Monday of Each Month beginning April 2022, 11:30am-2:30pm EST

Bridging philosophy and practice, we work with the parts of the self that show up to participate in the creative process. Working from an ethics of co-composition, we will study presence, attention, the creative process, and communication. Exploring what it means to live in a generative universe, we will question what we think a creative human can be: means, modes and embodiment.

We’ll look at art-making as a practice of response-ability* for the quality of your connections.

Nita Little is a dance activist for relational intelligence, a purpose which began with her participation in the emergence and development of Contact Improvisation (CI).
