ADVANCED Argentine Tango

ADVANCED Argentine Tango

This course focuses primarily on creating the connection between partners, developing, bettering and enhancing your leading and following abilities necessary to improvise the dance. Now when you know most of the letters in alphabet we want you to be able to create words and sentences in a clear manner that your partner is able to understand.

You tango vocabulary will be enriched even more by adding simple adornments such as lapis, crosses and taps. You will also learn sacadas, boleos, ganchos, rebound, volcadas and colgadas in their most basic version. Strong focus is placed on musicality. You will work on phrasing, single time, double time and syncopation. The material is presented in very organized manner allowing progress from class to class.

PLEASE NOTE: Tango – Beginner and Tango – Intermediate courses are prerequisite for Tango – Advanced course.

The teacher will talk to you after your first class and will suggest the best way for you to proceed to make your learning process the easiest and as fast as possible.
