Axis Connect is the only summer intensive that offers dancers a unique opportunity to rediscover the ever-evolving NYC dance scene AND the exciting, emerging dance scene in Los Angeles in the same intensive. We invite hand-picked, world-class choreographers, directors, and dancers to come together to bond with each other, refine the craft, and be inspired.

WHO IS AXIS CONNECT FOR?

We attract dance artists who want to explore all career possibilities, who understand the importance of building relationships, and who seek to push the boundaries of the industry.

AXIS CONNECT is designed for both established professional dancers looking to reconnect, and early career dancers looking to bridge the gap between school and professional life.

“The Barton sisters have a wonderful grasp on how to train and inspire artists of the 21st century, connecting rigorous practice with exploration and innovation.  - Alicia Graf Mack (Director, The Juilliard School Dance Division)

2019 PROGRAM DATES:

NEW YORK CITY: July 31st - August 9th
LOS ANGELES: August 12- August 17th
