Bartenieff Fundamentals^tm (BF) Practice Class

Develop your understanding of the body through experiential studies rooted in Laban/Bartenieff Movement Fundatmentals. This BF morning practice class will get you ready for your day while enhancing your physical and expressive capabilities on a profound and subtle level. It is suitable for students of all backgrounds and level of experience with interest in deepening their relationship to an embodied practice.
