Begin Again Ballet with Deborah Lohse

Begin Again Ballet with Deborah Lohse - Dancewave Online Classes

Taught with humor and vivid imagery, Dancewave's Adult Ballet class focuses on building ballet technique in a light-hearted and imaginative atmosphere. Deborah Lohse, also a performing artist, creates a fun environment for adults of all levels to learn and strengthen their foundational ballet technique. Begin Again Ballet reorients adults who may have taken some time away from ballet and are excited to jump back in. This class moves through the traditional ballet structure of barre and center combinations into a final full-bodied movement phrase that encourages physicality, while developing improvisational and performance instincts. Some prior ballet knowledge and understanding of terminology is helpful.
