Body, Mind and Image with K.J. Holmes and Karinne Keithley Syers

Classes investigate experiential anatomy through the image work of Ideokinesis and the work of Mabel Todd (The Thinking Body) as learned from Andre Bernard. Using dual lenses of Body-Mind Centering®, developed by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen (focusing on body systems and evolutionary/developmental patterns), and writings of philosophers who influenced and were influenced by the generation of somatic pioneers, we will explore qualities, textures, thought processes, movement analysis applicable to creative expression, performance, and healing modalities.

NO CLASS NOVEMBER 25 AND DECEMBER 23 & 30
