Dakshina Palli /The School an Educational and Cultural organization based in NYC will conduct classes in Bharata Natyam (South Indian Classical Dance). CLasses will be taught by Dakshina's Artistic Director Jaan R. Freeman. Freeman teaches and performs in the rare style of the late great dancer Thanjavur Balasaraswati. Freeman a disciple of Smt. Nandini Ramani & Smt. Priyamvada Sankar both senior disciples of Balasarawati. Classes will be conduct for private and semi private students and held on Sat or Sun in midtown.

Classes are for serious , focused men , women, boys and girls who wish to learn beyond the basics. NO SINGLE CLASSES ALLOWED . Students must purchase a class card of 4-10 classes.If interested please conduct us at:
