Registration is now open to audition for Unbound Dance Collective’s inaugural season! Auditions for the company will take place on Saturday, January 25 from 2-5pm at Gibney 280. Auditions will be in the form of an open class consisting of a warmup, contemporary phrase work, and improvisation, with a focus on movement quality, musicality, and artistry. Dancers should have a strong background in contemporary dance (intermediate/advanced level) and be comfortable with learning choreography. Audition results and a rehearsal schedule for the season will be sent shortly after auditions.

Our spring performance, Ebb & Flow, will be on April 5 at Triskelion Arts. All company members performing in Ebb & Flow will pay a flat performance fee of $50 to help cover the costs associated with rehearsal and performance space. Dancers unable to perform on this date are still more than welcome to audition for the company. Company members may also be invited to participate in additional external performances and/or internal projects and will be able to attend workshops during the season at a discounted rate.
