CLASS DESCRIPTION: In this 60 minute class we will work through a traditional ballet barre. Our approach will be both technical and artistic, with an emphasis on breath and full bodied expression. Although we touch on lines and movements, we will explore the potential for circularity and verticality within the balletic form.
