Led by Doug Varone and the Company dancers | Enrollment limited to 10-12 experienced choreographers.

Designed for emerging choreographers, this unique mentorship program is divided into three distinct parts over the course of several months that culminates in a showcase in NYC.

INTENSIVE RETREAT: May 27 - June 1, 2018
Doug will share ideas about craft, design and composition through finely honed creative games and devices. Participants will create studies using dancers selected by Doug and the Company. Session: 9am-5:30pm at Hunger College, NYC.

ONGOING MENTORSHIP: JUNE & JULY 2018
Doug will continue to mentor each of the participants as they indipendly create a new work on their own dancers.
