DGDC's Greatest Hits

DGDC's Greatest Hits Christopher Duggan

30-Minute Free Performance Marks 16 Years of Innovative Dance Programming!

Daniel Gwirtzman Dance Company, sought after for their impactful and virtuosic works, comes to Bryant Park with its Greatest Hits program. With an acclaimed cast of 15 dancers, the Company brings its accessible, summertime program, which premiered at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival in 2012, to New York for the first time.

The one-night only show is part of Bryant Park Presents Modern Dance and being presented by ITE Inception to Exhibition. This is the Company’s only full performance in the City this summer.  The program, 10 dances in 30 minutes, confirms the Company’s penchant for shorter dances, each fully informed by their musical worlds, ranging from Latin to jazz to pop. A great fun-filled event for the whole family!
