Join Carolyn Dorfman Dance for the second annual Dance Union Festival, in partnership with Union County Performing Arts Center and Buggé Ballet – celebrating the unique and diverse dance community across Union County.

 

The festival includes 3 days of exciting events:

 

Friday, February 1st - Master classes with Carolyn Dorfman Dance and Buggé Ballet

 

Friday, February 1st - Open Rehearsal with Carolyn Dorfman Dance

 

Saturday, February 2nd - Community Dance Day

 

Sunday, February 3rd - Dance Union Performance

 

Featuring performances from Union County high schools, dance studios and profession companies, the Dance Union performance also includes selections from Carolyn Dorfman Dance’s popular repertory. The performance features Dorfman’s groundbreaking new work Snap Crackle Pop, co-choreographed with Renée Jaworski, co-Artistic Director of internationally renowned PILOBOLUS.

 

This arts program is made possible in part by a HEART (History, Education, Arts Reaching Thousands) Grant from the Union County Board of  Chosen Freeholders.
