EVENT HELP NEEDED

Dancers on Baseball field Alison Cook-Beatty

Alison Cook Beatty Dance will be "Dancing In The Streets" in OpenCultureWORKS on July 17th at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. in a FREE civic dance performance at  Flatiron South Plaza. Broadway between 22nd and 23rd next to the Flatiron building. Open Culture Works is helping the Company build a baseball diamond out of marly and astroturf on the plaza for us to perform "Central Park Field #4", "Murmuration" and "Tintinnabuli". 

The Company is seeking volunteers to help at the event to primarily handing out flyers to guests. Help crew with small tasks "if" needed. In case of a rain shower help crew towel off Marley floor and seats.

Please email acbdance@gmail.com and specify which performance you would be able to volunteer for. We would ask you to kindly arrive no later than 30 minutes early and leave 30 minutes after the performance. We will have a seat for you and a guest for that performance and two seats for the Company's next New York Season at Abron's Arts Center on October 15th or 17th. Thank you so much!
