TESTIMONIALS FROM THE 2017 PARTICIPANTS
“I took away from the weekend things I will be working on for the rest of my career. I gained confidence in my strengths, but also learned more about what I can improve in a safe environment. I set an intention not to beat myself up in the mirror all weekend and I was actually successful- which is very difficult unless the space you are in is truly supportive.”
~Devon Chandler
“This class gave so much back to me as an artist, especially my confidence in a dance call! I think sometimes nerves really do get the best of us and sometimes we can't get past our own minds. This intensive was able to show me I had so many more strengths than I even imagined having!”
~Anonymous
“I left feeling SO much more confident in my movement ability, and I think it’s so invaluable to have that confidence when walking into future audition rooms!”
~Casey Gilbert
“The program exceeded my expectations! I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of such a short workshop but WOW! It was truly one of the best investments I have made for myself since coming to NYC. Thank you again to everyone for making this process so meaningful and FUN!”
~Monica Rodrigues
“This program has changed me as a performer and artist. Not only has it helped me to realistically know where I'm at as a mover and what skills I need to develop, but it has also stretched me beyond my limits to realize that I am capable of doing so much more in my dancing/moving.”
~Brooke Wilcox
“The program blew my expectations out of the water."
~DJ Plunkett
“Honestly, this was the most helpful workshop I've had since moving to NYC this past September. It was so well organized and every single class helped me grow as a dancer!”
