Hollis Bartlett and Nattie Trogdon: freeskewl x Trisk Hybrid Movement Class

Unconventional Practice with Hollis Bartlett and Nattie Trogdon

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Where, why and how does our dancing practice locate itself inside our bodies and our spaces? Who are the ghosts in our room and the performances we move through daily? We are asking these questions as we work to build a practice together where we can dive into both individual and collective research. This practice space will be a gathering of all of our tools of training and our experiences so we can move, listen, feel, question, and discuss together. There are possibilities for improvisational scores, anatomical awareness, expulsive exercises, and writing prompts.
