(headshot with caption) Ellen Maynard

Richard Sayama educates viewers of the origins of Hula and how it has evolved under the influence of western colonization. The class begins with a warm-up that incorporates the fundamental basics that are still used today in both Kahiko (traditional) and A'uana (Contemporary) Hula.
