Sunday and Wednesday Nights // August 12 – September 19 // 4 Different Classes!!

SUNDAYS

LUDUS // Fire - 6:30 – 7:45 pm

An energetic, dynamic, and rhythmic movement dance class focused on developing strength, endurance, flexibility, stamina, and grounding. Great for those interested in working up a sweat!

LUDUS // Water 8:00 – 9:15 pm

A meditative dance class that creates a body both flexible and serene. Cultivate fluidity and softness through the use of water-based imagination and imagery.

WEDNESDAYS

LUDUS // Plastiline 6:30 – 7:45 pm

A playful movement class which stimulates imagination to awaken creativity by delving into a multitude of shapes, textures, worlds, and experiences. Transform everyday items and experiences and immerse yourself in fantastic and surreal realms!

LUDUS // Voice-Body 8:00 – 9:15 pm

A dance class that uses the voice as the impetus for movement. Tap into the sound vibrations of vowels and consonants and discover the energetic power of vocal experimentation to generate unexpected and authentic connections between voice and body.

**All LUDUS Classes are open to adults, regardless of experience or familiarity with dancer or movement. Everyone is welcome!**

TUITION

1 class: $10.00
2 same-day class package: $15.00
6 week 12 class package (All Sundays or All Wednesdays): $80.00

Pre-registration is encouraged but not required. Drop-ins are welcome.
