Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and The Joyce Theater present Summer for the City

Acclaimed choreographer Caleb Teicher brings the best of the swing dance world to Lincoln Center's Summer for the City, with live music by the Eyal Vilner Big Band on Saturday, June 4 at 7:30 pm at Damrosch Park. Conceived by Caleb Teicher alongside their brain trust of collaborators Evita Arce, LaTasha Barnes, Nathan Bugh, Macy Sullivan, and Eyal Vilner, SW!NG OUT features exciting Lindy Hop choreography and improvisation. The performance concludes with a jam session, inviting audiences to join in the fun!


There are two ways to access this event:
1. General Admission, first-come first-served. Just show up!

2. Limited Advance Reservation will also be available for this event, opening Tuesday, May 31 at noon.

Health & Safety

At this time, face coverings and proof of COVID-19 vaccination will not be required; however, face coverings are welcome and we encourage everyone to complete their primary vaccination series and get boosted before attending. These protocols are subject to change in accordance with any updates to city and state guidelines, rules and regulations, and other health and safety recommendations from our medical and public health advisors. Guests of all ages are welcome to attend. Please stay home if you do not feel well. If you have come in contact recently with someone who has tested positive or you have recently tested positive, please refer to the latest CDC guidelines for isolation, quarantine and masking recommendations.
