MADC presents Collective Thread

MODArts Dance Collective (MADC) is pleased to present its fifth annual dance festival entitled Collective Thread on Friday, March 6, 2020 7:30 PM & Saturday, March 7, 2020 3 PM & 7:30 PM at Downtown Art, 70 E 4th Street, NY, NY 10003. The purpose of Collective Thread is to provide a voice and a platform for artistic self-impression to those women/womyn identifying choreographers of underrepresented ethnic groups within the medium of dance. The goal of Collective Thread is to imbue artists with the necessary tools to increase diversity and gender equality through leadership roles in the dance field.
