Masterpieces of Korean Contemporary Art

Artists from "A Beautiful Gift"

"A Beautiful Gift" is a special exhibition featuring six major contemporary Korean artists—Kim Kang-yong, the late Park Seo-bo, Park Suk Won, Lee Ufan, Kang Hyung Koo, and Lee Lee Nam—showcasing 32 works at AP Space in New York from October 10 to November 23, 2024. Curated by beloved actress Kim Heeseon, who aims to enhance international dialogue about Korean art, this exhibition follows a successful run in Seoul and will also be shown in Paris in June 2025. Documenting the artists' reception in New York, Kim Heeseon will travel with them and Korean Public Television crews to highlight the significance of Korean contemporary art on the global stage.
