Choreographer Gabriela Estrada will present the solo "Not a Single Carmen More!," (Ni Una Carmen Mas!), danced by Mexico's Ivanka Figueroa on October 5th, named a Day of Action Against Domestic Violence.   The solo will be part of the performance "Mourning Loss/Celebrating Survival," a program designed to raise awareness of the scourge of domestic violence.  Other artists on the program, which is free to the public,  are Vissi Dance Theatre, soloist Sonali Skandan, musician Jeannine Otis, and storytellers Regina Ress and Joy Kelly.
