ONE MORE DAY

Dancers reaching into the air and jumping like flames. A candle glows with warmth.

ALISON COOK BEATTY DANCE  has been in residence at The Riverside Community Arts Center in the Upper Westside of Manhattan. We are so grateful to have had this opportunity. On February 3rd, 2023, at 7 p.m., we are excited to perform and host ONE MORE DAY ~ Modern Dance and Mental Health Awareness. There will be an opening reception.
.
The event will include other artists within the community, such as Monica Rahman of TOP Clubhouse, who will speak at the event about her mental health-themed photography and fashion project, and projected images of her stunning portraits will be shown.
.
Shaquila Gooden, AKA "Qualah," a professional actress and Founder of ACTORvated Talent who Goddard is featuring during their 2023 Women's History Artist Month Festival, will also be speaking with an uplifting message about holding on to life through challenging times.
.
The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention will attend, and an NYC Chapter representative will also speak.
.
The evening will be filled with HOPE and warmth. Ticket proceeds are given what you can, and all proceeds are split 50/50 between Goddard and The American Foundation For Suicide Prevention.
