Open Level Afro-Haitian

Afro-Haitian dance is a drum based movement style rooted in traditional Haitian folklore. Celebrating life, the healing power of African drums, storytelling and culture, this class will develop each dancer's relationship to spatial awareness, body control, human connection, polyrhythm, percussion and pulse. 

Suggested Attire:

- Comfortable clothing in which you can easily move. 
- Class is taken barefoot. 

Fridays 6:30 - 8:00pm
