Open Spectrum: Creative Resistance: A Rising Economic Movement

Open Spectrum: Creative Resistance: A Rising Economic Movement Ian Douglas

What did we learn from the Occupy Wall Street movement? How do we imagine operating within a post-capitalist society? Has the middle class disappeared in the US? Can a feminist ideology disrupt the systemic issues of under-valuation in regards to female bodied individuals and the creative work produced by women artists?

Open Spectrum Twitter chat—the digital component for this talk—will take place from 1-2pm on March 18. The public is invited to participate in the twitter chat by tweeting their questions and comments with the hashtag “#OpenSpectrumNYC.”
