Harlem Dance Club is currently recruiting dancers for dance festivals and showcases to be held in Fall 2014. Rehearsals take place on Sundays at Black River Dance in Harlem. 

Harlem Dance Club is a space for dancers from all backgrounds and training who are seeking more performance opportunities and exposure at New York's various venues and showcases. We seek dancers coming from all walks of life and dance styles - whether it's salsa, bhangra, modern bboy/bgirl or light feet! Dancers should be at an "advanced beginner level" however, we are not seeking "professional" dancers. All interested must simply demonstrate some technique/training, the ability to pick up simple choreography and bring their own style and freestyle to the stage. There is no compensation for performing with Harlem Dance Club. Members are responsible for covering the cost of their costumes.
