Pointe Shoe Workshop & Fair

The School at Steps presents its annual Point Shoe Workshop & Fair, in which a distinguished panel will discuss proper pointe shoe fitting and maintenance, and foot care.   Panelists are Amy Brandt (Pointe Magazine Editor); master teacher Leslie Browne; podiatrist Dr. John Brummer; Mary Carpenter (pointe shoe fitter); and Misty Copeland (ABT soloist).   The panel session, which include Q&A, will be followed by a Point Shoe Fair, with shoe fitters and merchandise from Capezio, Chacott by Freed of London, Gaynor Minden, and Grishko.
