New York Theatre Ballet School announces the return of Reframed, its popular in-house monthly series of conversations considering artists and works of art through unique and unexpected lenses.

Each of these pop-up events will examine artists or themes that can enhance the appreciation of viewing art and other art forms including dance.

Evening lectures, led by Art Historian and Museum Educator Jane Royal, are held at 7:45PM at NYTB School’s studios at 131 E. 10TH Street in New York City. A Q&A session and refreshments will follow each session. Each Reframed lecture is available for $25 each.

Upcoming lectures:

March 15 - The Menagerie of Rosa Bonheur

April 26 - Flowers in Art - the 20th Century

May 31 - One + One - Elizabeth Catlett and Charles White

June 28 - A Lone Old Tree - the work of Emily Carr
