For non dancers and dancers of all ages! 

Get your blood pumping, sweat together while apart, connect to our ancestors, and experience the joy of dancing through the rhythmic beat of the drums. This Rhythm Moves and Grooves intergenerational class offers a mix of rhythms and movements influenced by the diaspora and migration of Africans in the Pacific and Caribbean regions of Colombia. Get your heart rate up, enhance cardio endurance, and boost your mood naturally!

Proof of Vaccination and masks are required for IN PERSON class. ONLINE class will be hosted on the Zoom platform. Zoom is accessible from your phone, tablet or computer.
