STUFFED: dancing and nourishing community engagement Quinn Batson

STUFFEDArts hosts a week-long intensive for advanced students and emerging professionals at the historical Judson Church. The program will immerse students in New York City’s dance and social communities and is dedicated to strengthening artistic growth and expanding social awareness. Each day dancers will participate in morning class led by Carlye Eckert (Dancer/Choreographer, Founder of STUFFED: Dinner + Dance) and Marielis Garcia (Dancer/Choreographer, Teacher at RU Mason Gross School for Dance), discussions on engaging community through artistic action, and a creative process that will lead to 2 performance opportunities, including one at Judson Church as part of the next STUFFED: Dinner and Dance program.

Class 10am-12pm
