The Kinect

The Kinect Movement Music Community

Join us for the 5th Anniversary of The Kinect in the heart of NYC at The Canvas 3.0 digital gallery in The Oculus and The World Trade Center. The Kinect is a community-centric, collaborative experience that brings together the power of music, movement, & community. The Kinect is a revolutionary event in that ALL proceeds go directly towards the artists involved. No middle man = fair wages for all artists!

Curated by Anna Cuffari @a_cuffs, The Kinect features a New York based music artist's music that inspires the night which includes a dance class, dance performances, and a live music set. This year's featured artist is Izzy Maher @izzy.maher, with the open level, ice-breaker dance class taught by Cameron Maruszewski @noirssant, and dance performances choreographed by Anna Cuffari @a_cuffs and Julissa Cruz @dancingwithjuju.

Creative Entrepreneurs and artists of all backgrounds are encouraged to attend! Previous attendees not only had an incredible night of art, but also fostered real relationships with other creatives that led to more creation, collaboration, and opportunity. Dancers meet musicians, musicians meet photographers, photographers meet MUAs, and more! The possibilities are endless.

Free Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will be provided. Vendor Tables will be selling merch, brand items, and sweet treats.
