About the Workshop:

In this workshop we will work with breath, utterance, bodily tremors, and speaking in tongues. We will explore the in between place of speaking and not speaking, dancing and not dancing. How does one approach the unspeakable in a dance? As we improvise dances moved by breath, and language moved by utterance, we will also experiment with rupturing dances, songs or stories and intervene in what’s expected--to engage the poetics of rupture!
