The Yorkville Nutcracker

The Yorkville Nutcracker Rosalie O'Connor Photography

In its 19th year, Dances Patrelle presents a unique rendition of Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s holiday classic The Nutcracker. The Yorkville Nutcracker, set in 1895, includes lavish sets and costumes which takes the audience on a tour through Olde New York’s most beloved landmarks: a holiday party at Gracie Mansion, skating in Central Park, and dancing at the Crystal Palace in the New York Botanical Garden. Additionally, The Yorkville Nutcracker provides an opportunity for young dancers to dance alongside professional artists of the highest quality. This year, we are thrilled to have Abi Stafford and Adrian Danchig-Waring, both Principal Dancers with New York City Ballet, as our Sugar Plum and Cavalier. Join us for a perfect way to celebrate this special season...
