Victory Dance

The New Victory Theater is thrilled to present Victory Dance, a series specifically curated to introduce younger audiences to the incredible artistry and diversity of dance in New York City. Each evening will feature a unique program of three different companies. See them all for a full summer of dance (at only $10 per ticket)!

Program A includes:
Darrah Carr Dance Step Dance Suite by Darrah Carr and Dingle Diwali by Seán Curran, plus three interludes by Niall O'Leary and Trent Kowalik
ZviDance Excerpt from Dabke by Zvi Gotheiner
Urban Bush Women Urban Bush Women 30th Anniversary Mash Up: Excerpts from Give Your Hands to Struggle, Bitter Tongue, Shelter, Women's Resistance and Batty Moves by Jawole Willa Jo Zolar

 

Program B includes:
Martha Graham Dance Company Excerpts from Appalachian Spring Suite and "Spectre-1914" from Chronicle by Martha Graham
Noche Flamenca Cambio de Tercio by Martín Santangelo, featuring Soledad Barrio
Kyle Abraham / Abraham.In.Motion Excerpt from The Gettin’ by Kyle Abraham

Jessica Lang Dance The Calling, White (a film) and Excerpt from i.n.k by Jessica Lang
