(W/HOLE)

A black femme kneels on the floor topless. Her face and chest are bound in rope. Two white femmes in red sit in chairs.

The Invisible Dog Art Center presents the world premiere of commissioned feature film "(W/HOLE)" created by queer/feminist porn studio AORTA films in collaboration with performance group the A.O. Movement Collective. Blending performance art, dance, and explicit sex, (W/HOLE) explores the incredible potency of queer hedonism, investigating how the authentic performativity of kink and queer porn can evolve trauma into orgasm, and depletion into politically radical, tranformative, body-based joy. At turns lush, humorous, erotic, joyful, and intense, the film forsakes traditional expectations of "porn" to create an unexpectedly textured landscape of desire. (W/HOLE) investigates the complexity of pleasure, exploring the so-called obscenity of bodies in their most tremendous capacity - their glorious, illicit humanity.
