WRITTEN FOR DANCE

Buy Tickets Photo by Rosalie O'Connor

Experience three breathtaking works choreographed by Pascal Rioult featuring music by Russian composers throughout the centuries who have found their inspiration through dance.

The engagement features the World Premiere of “Nostalghia" with an original score by wunderkind Polina Nazaykinskaya, performed live. Also on the program is "Dream Suite" (Tchaikovsky), Rioult’s contemporary take on romanticism inspired by Marc Chagall’s artwork, and "Les Noces" (Stravinsky), a sexually charged deconstruction of the marriage ritual danced to Stravinsky’s score of the same name.
