YOUR [___] NEIGHBORHOOD features new works of multi-disciplinary artists Ali Andre Ali, Maria Belford, Ella Chary, Marjorie Conn, Jason Das, Emeka Ezeocoli, Lori Hamilton, Maja Ho, Ken Kruper, Jason Maas, Nathalie Matychak, Elisa Peebles, Raymond Pinto, J Reese, Stebos, and Sarah Starkweather. Artists were part of collaborate:create, which is a 3-week, process-driven residency program that brings artists together across disciplines to create bold new works centered on a socially relevant theme. The residency culminates in a one-night-only exhibition of their creative processes and collaborative artworks. YOUR [___] NEIGHBORHOOD marks the completion of the 6th cycle of collaborate:create. For the first time, collaborate:create is running simultaneously in Seattle, investigating the same theme.

collaborate:create and YOUR [___] NEIGHBORHOOD is produced by Forward Flux, an arts company dedicated to presenting innovative projects that connect people with art in unexpected ways. We challenge the boundaries of tradition by reimagining the audience experience, and are committed to presenting work about the right now to strike meaningful public dialogue. Forward Flux was founded in 2010 in NYC and has recently expanded to be based in Seattle. www.forwardflux.com
