NDI Dance! with Jessi Colón and Jennifer Aks-Neuman (All ages)

4 pm • Monday, May 4 on Facebook & Instagram
NDI Teaching Artists Jessi Colón and Jennifer Aks-Neuman along with NDI Musician Tim Harrison will lead a joyful dance class series on Mondays. This class will be a heart-pumping and enriching dance class with a curricular focus celebrating Aretha Franklin, the “Queen of Soul.” Grab your sneakers and join us for 20 minutes of joyful movement.

NDI Choreography Workshop: “When the Saints Go Marching In” (All ages)

4 pm • Tuesday, May 5 on Facebook & Instagram
Let the good times roll! Join us for the second class of a four week choreography workshop series of “When The Saints Go Marching In,” a treasured NDI repertory piece honoring New Orleans. NDI Teaching Artist Mary Kennedy will review material from the first class and move onto the next section of choreography. Get ready for a hand clapping, foot stomping, soul stirring experience!

Warm-Up Wednesdays! (All ages)

NDI Teaching Artist Dufftin Garcia will lead an exciting and energizing dance warm-up for everyone to join in. This 5 minute warm-up will give you an extra boost for the day ahead.

NDI Dance! with Calia Marshall and Andrea Davey-Gislason (All ages)

Come discover the young inventors of today and uncover your own inner dance inventor! Led by NDI Teaching Artists Calia Marshall and Andrea Davey-Gislason, you will learn an energetic dance and groove to original music by NDI Musician Todd Keller in this exciting class series.

NDI Arts Encounter with Jennifer Eisenberg (Pre-K through 2nd grade)

Join us for a whimsical, energetic, and creative series, designed for young dancers ages 4 to 7. Every Thursday in May, NDI’s Jenn Eisenberg and Adrìa Barbosa will take you on a fantastic fairytale adventure through dance, song, storytelling, and fun.

NDI Jams with Fiona Mills (All ages)

4 pm • Friday, May 8 on Facebook & Instagram
Fiona Mills, NDI Teaching Artist and original cast member of STOMP, will teach you how to make music using body percussion. She will be joined by two surprise guests. Together, they will show you how to make your favorite song even better by adding the body percussion skills you will learn in this class.
