9Thirty Theater Company (www.9ttc.org/) seeks male or female dancers experienced with butoh for a short piece to be performed as part of "Earth Movements: Nine Pieces to Save the Planet," a one-day, outdoor movement festival in Battery Park on April 22nd 2010. The piece will be developed via improvisation on images & music during two 1-2hr rehearsals early next week (exact times & dates will be determined by dancer availability).
