Healthcare Resource: Learn about your Community Health Center
ACCESS Community Health Center is celebrating National Health Center Week with two open houses at 83 Maiden Lane, 6th floor (between William and Gold Streets). Come and meet our providers while learning about important health topics and receive a free blood pressure screening. We are your community health center!
- Tuesday, August 10, 2010 12-2pm - Herpes, HIV and STDs 12:30pm and Smoking Cessation 1:30pm
- Thursday, August 12, 2010 5-7pm - Nutrition 5:15pm and Weight Management 6:00pm
