The Williamsburg Art & Historical Center is offering it’s third floor main room space for a five year sublease to arts or cultural organizations.
In a beautiful landmark building and ideally located in one of the world’s most active art hubs, Williamsburg Brooklyn, USA.
The space is 2153 sq ft, Ceilings are 23 feet high.

Currently used as a performing arts theater, it has in the past been rented to Streb Ringside and Lincoln Center, among others.
The rent amount has not yet been determined, but the WAH Center is flexible for the right organization.
