Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre seeks athletic MALE modern dancers for our 11th Annual Performance Season at Dance Theater Workshop in June 2011 and for ongoing work.  Dancers are paid for rehearsals and performances.  Rehearsals are Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5-8 and 5:30-8:30 respectively.

Audition will be Wednesday, January 26 beginning at 3:15 p.m. at 83 Leonard Street, 4th floor (between Broadway and Church Streets).  To register, email your picture and resume to amanda@amandaselwyndance.org and put AUDITION in the subject line.

Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre productions engage audiences in original and dynamic dance theatre that touches the human experience.  Productions pivot around core themes and through an interplay between athletic and pedestrian motion, activate emotional expression, character, and narrative in a rich and abstract collage.  Amanda Selwyn’s collaborative choreographic process nurtures our own network of artists while actively engaging the community at large.
